In the quiet western areas of Ischgl, our two houses, Lärchenheim and Almandin, are close to each other, about 500 meters from the Silvretta cable car. Here, you live in the heart of Ischgl and can easily reach cable cars, après-ski facilities, restaurants and bars on foot. Our location also offers you direct access to the winter hiking and cross-country ski trails, which lead directly past our houses.

Since winter 2016, the ski bus stop has been just a few meters from our houses, and the valley run ends about 150 meters from your front door.

Apartments

Our two accommodations welcome you amidst breathtaking mountains and a great ambience. Apartments of different sizes are available for you to spend the night. All living rooms impress with an incredible amount of space, including a kitchen, free WiFi, dishwasher, cable TV and much more.

Ischgl holiday region

In winter, head to the mega-snowy mountains around Ischgl! Check out for yourself what a great deal is going on here. Ischgl is truly a paradise for all ski and snowboard enthusiasts. But there are also 74 km of trails for cross-country skiers. And if you want to explore the winter landscape in peace and away from the crowded slopes, plenty of other activities are available, such as snowshoeing or winter hiking. For fun, you can even go on a moonlight toboggan ride. The newly built Silvretta Therme is only 800m from the house and, therefore, easily accessible on foot.

In summer there is the rich Alpine air and a great view of the mountains. If you're up for sport, there are over 1,200 km of mountain bike trails of varying difficulty, many hiking trails, and many other summer activities.
